Summary

The High Council for the Climate (HCC) has published its 8th annual report. In order for France to achieve its carbon neutrality objective and protect tis population, the report makes recommendations to strengthen the effectiveness of current climate policies, as well as guidelines for a new generation of public policies favourable to climate action by 2030/ 2035.
