This law establishes provisions for the fulfilment of the obligations deriving from Italy's membership of the European Union. It notably establishes provisions regarding the participation of specific entities in the greenhouse gas emission allowance auctions (article 13). It also ends the provisions on extending the incentive period for biomass, biogas and bioliquid plants by repealing paragraphs 149, 150 and 151 of article 1 of the law of 28 December 2015, n. 208.
