To mitigate the Russian Federation’s contribution to anthropogenic climate change by improving the resource efficiency and reducing the GHG emissions of the key manufacturing industries operating in the Republic of Tatarstan as well as by enhancing the agro-forestry industry’s capacities to produce planting material required by Tatarstan’s Ministry of Forestry for climate change mitigating carbon sink enhancement.
