To support Timor -Leste prepare and submit to the UNFCCC the First Biennial Transparency Report (BTR1) with a combined Third National Communication (BTR1/NC3) and Second Biennial Transparency Report (BTR2) all in compliance with the UNFCCC Convention and Paris Agreement’s reporting obligations.
