<p>The National Railway Programme (KPK) is a multi-year program encompassing investments in railway lines, co-financed by the Minister of Transport. The document specifies the amount and sources of funding (including EU and national funds) and provides the basis for ensuring investment financing in accordance with the Public Finance Act. As a result of the update adopted by the Council of Ministers on August 16, 2023, the program's name was changed to the National Railway Program until 2030 (with an outlook to 2032). This aligns the program's duration with the European Union's financial framework for 2021-2027, with some projects planned for implementation by 2032.</p>
