The plan aims to modernise housing systems, urban governance and emergency preparedness while promoting sustainability and inclusivity. It enshrines climate resilience as a core principle of urban development going forward, using green building practices and building capacity to identify the areas most in need of climate-adaptive infrastructure.</p>
